Sodium bicarbonate, also called baking soda or baking soda, has many applications. It is used as a leavening agent in baking powder and self-raising flour, as a means to support the maintenance of normal acidity in the stomach, in washing powder, as bath salts and in bath bombs. You can also use baking soda when brushing your teeth, washing your hair or body, and washing your clothes. Ingredients Sodium Bicarbonate Use Baking Soda As a bath salt dissolved in water, it is a means of supporting a healthy acid-alkaline balance. Pleasantly warm and nice Enjoy the ‘smooth water’ for about 30 minutes. The alkaline water has a soothing effect on the skin. Acidification is a fact that applies to every person. Stress, too little exercise, incorrect eating habits and insufficient deep breathing cause acidification to occur more quickly. A bath or foot bath with baking soda is an effective and pleasant way to support our acid-base balance in a positive way. Dosage: About 100 grams/bathtub, 25 grams for foot bath. The pH should be 8 to 8.5. This can be measured with measuring strips. Bathe for at least thirty minutes and then rest warmly for 30 minutes. Drink Well Afterwards. Mixing with Epsom salt is also possible, which allows magnesium to be absorbed during bathing. Magnesium Supports the Acid-Base Balance. Baking Soda as Baking Powder Baking soda is suitable as baking powder to make the dough rise. An excellent alternative to yeast and therefore suitable when you want to eat yeast- and mold-free (e.g. in case of Candida contamination)
