Ingredients: dextrose, inulin, minerals, vitamins, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), choline bitartrate, inositol, does not contain gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colors, fragrances or flavors. Recommended dosage for children from one year to four years is 2 Grams Per Day (N Scoop), Unless Otherwise Advised.
