Ingredients Filler (Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Vitamin, Inositol, Choline Bitartrate, Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate), Paba, Glazing Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Strengthening Agent (Acacia Gum). Contains No Gluten, Lactose, Soy Protein, Yeast, Sucrose, Synthetic preservatives, synthetic colours, fragrances and flavourings, suitable for vegetarians. The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. The maximum dosage per day is 2 tablets per day. Preferably taken during or after a meal. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
